London’s Hottest Wellness Spots To RECONNECT with YOURSELF

In today's fast-paced world, it can be easy to lose sight of ourselves and our own needs. That's why it's more important than ever to take the time to nurture our relationship with ourselves and practice self-love. One great way to do this is by visiting a wellness space that's specifically designed to help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

Here are three such spaces that are worth checking out:

Re:Mind

Located in the heart of London, Re:Mind is a wellness studio that offers a variety of classes and workshops to help you find balance and inner peace.

Their classes range from meditation and yoga to sound baths and breathwork and are designed to help you quiet your mind and connect with your body.

In addition to their regular classes, Re:Mind also hosts special events and workshops that focus on topics like self-love, self-care, and personal growth.

The Self Love Lab

The Self Love Lab is a space created by founder Zehra during the pandemic.

Zehra realised that taking care of herself was essential to her well-being which ultimately led to launching this incredible space of calm.

The Self-Love Lab offers various events and workshops including services to celebrate the moon phases, and manifest your desires, as well as addressing skin care and brain health.

This dedicated space of self-love will elevate your mindset and help you reconnect with your mind, body, and soul.

Tempo 301 Pilates

One of the best decisions I made last year was to start attending Pilates classes.

My usual choice of exercise is usually to go for a brisk walk, but I wanted an exercise that would force me to slow down, reconnect with my body, and still bring the results I was looking for.

So, I booked myself into Tempo Pilates, a London-based studio that offers Pilates classes at various levels. I loved it.

The instructors are amazing, and the classes are designed to challenge you both physically and mentally while incorporating elements of mindfulness.

Going to Pilates at Tempo Pilates has not only helped me to improve my physical fitness but also my mental well-being.

Bridging the gap between movement and mindfulness taught me how to stay present, focus on my breathing and relearn my body.

If this sounds up your street, check out the introductory offer of £15 for your first class here.
