The Most REFRESHING Cucumber Water Recipe
Yes, you read that right. A blog post about cucumber water,but its underrated so ill be the one to give cucumber water its flowers.

Cucumber water is a refreshing way to rehydrate particularly through warmer months.
During the summer, I personally make an ice cold jug of it and place on my desk to remind me to actually drink it throughout the day.
Not only is it a good for staying hydrated, it’s a fun way of upping your water intake and so quick and simple to make.

Total Time: 5 Mins
Ingredients:
500 ml water (filtered or bottled preferably)
1/2 of a large cucumber
1 unwaxed lemon
A handful of strawberries
A handful of mint
Method
Wash and slice your cucumber
Add to the jug along with the ice
Pour in your water
Customise with slices of lemons and strawberries
Garnish with mint
Stir and let it sit for five minutes before pouring into a tumbler to enjoy
