3 Ways To Quickly Step Into Your Desired Reality

I won’t even ask, I know you’re fed up and ready to start living as the person you always dreamed of being. So, without the long intro, here are three quick and powerful ways to cause a significant shift and step into your desired reality.

1.Change your Internal Dialogue

Who is the first person you talk to in the morning? I mean before you respond to your Whatsapp messages, before you cuddle the dog, and before you give your partner a good morning kiss, who is the very first person you talk to? Correct.

You are the first person you have a conversation with every morning but did you know those morning conversations can set the tone for the entire day?

How you choose to speak to yourself is what creates your self-concept and if your words go against you, you are more prone to creating a perception about yourself which isn’t aligned with who you truly want to become.

Notice the words you use to describe yourself of a morning, or how you anticipate the day ahead. Are you saying things such as :

  • “Ugh, Monday again, I hate this job”

  • “Ew! I look rough”

  • “Another day of being single”

  • “I’m still so fat”

  • “God! I still haven’ paid that bill”

If these are your thoughts almost every morning, then you are putting out a signal that must be responded to as a match by the universe. Instead, change your internal dialogue, start your day with statements might feel better such as:

  • “ Monday, another chance to try again”

  • “I don’t actually look that bad, I’ve still got it”

  • “Another beautiful day of being able to live life on my own terms without having to answer to anybody”

  • “I love my body at every stage, and I’m grateful I have the resources to eat well and exercise”

  • “Luckily I have a job to pay all of my bills on time”

Just a small switch up of your inner conversations can change your entire mood for the rest of the day week, month and if you’re really consistent, the rest of your life.

2.Regulate Your Nervous System

Your nervous system plays a crucial role in your daily experiences and reality you live. When your nervous system is out of balance, you are more likely to experience stress, anxiety, and other negative emotions on a regular basis.

Learning how to regulate your nervous system will bring peace to your body and a sense of calm making it easier to manifest your desired reality.

One effective way to start regulating your nervous system is through deep breathing exercises. Taking slow, deep breaths activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps calm the body and mind. Practice deep breathing regularly and pay attention to how doing this reduces stress levels, improves your sleep quality, and increases your overall relaxation.

Something else you could try for nervous system regulation is 10 minutes of meditation. Bring yourself to the present moment without judgment. This will help you to become aware of your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations, allowing you to respond to challenges with greater clarity and composure.

3. Reprogramming Your Subconscious Mind

Your subconscious mind holds deeply ingrained patterns, beliefs, and habits that influence your thoughts, actions, and experiences.

By reprogramming your subconscious mind, you reprogram your mindset and break free from limiting beliefs and behaviours that have kept you hostage to your current reality.

Affirmations are a powerful tool for reprogramming the subconscious mind. Affirmations are positive statements that reflect our desired reality.

Repeating affirmations create new neural pathways and replace negative thought patterns with positive ones.

For example, affirmations like "I am worthy of love and success" or "I embrace abundance in all areas of my life" can help shift our mindset and attract positive experiences.

Visualisation is another effective technique for reprogramming the subconscious mind.

Vivid imagining of your desired outcomes and experiences, you create a mental blueprint that guides your actions and attracts those experiences into your life.

Visualisation helps align our thoughts, emotions, and actions with our goals, making them more attainable.
