How to Become UNSTOPPABLE in Six Months

Does this sound like you?

  • You’re adamant that nothing will work for you

  • As much as you enjoy reading about it, you have no intention of taking action to change your life,

  • You would rather complain about everything you don’t have instead of what you do have

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this article may not be what you need right now, and I advise you to come back when you are truly ready.

Six months is enough time to chamge your life, however it does require a certain amount of intention. If you don’t feel you can make that commitment, come back to this article when you are.

However, it's more than enough time if you are determined to change and start changing your life right now!

If you’re at a stage in your life where you are willing to make a promise to yourself and stick to it, then keep reading…

Imagine being able to change your life in just six months.

Does it sound too good to be true? Does it sound almost impossible?

Well, while it does require a little discipline, consistency, action, and sacrifice…

the payoff is well worth it.

It's never too late to take control of your life and create the future you want, you just have to want it bad enough.

Here are some things to take note of when trying to manifest what you want quickly.

Define Your Goals

The first step to changing your life is to define your goals. Get crystal clear.

Not kind of clear.

Or almost clear.

Crystal clear on what you want to achieve in the next six months.

Think about where you ideally see yourself in six months time

  • Where are you working?

  • What does your health look like?

  • What do your relationships with people look like?

  • What kind of people are in your friendship group? Are they positive, ambitious, and supportive of your dreams?

  • What does your home look like? Which area do you live in?

  • How much money do you have in your main account?

  • How much money is in your savings?

  • What do you do for a hobby?

Whatever your goals are, write them down and make them as specific as possible.

Prioritise the Most Important Goals

To try and accomplish every goal in six months might be overwhelming

Instead, prioritise your goals by using the Digital Wellness Journal to rank them by order of importance from one to ten.

Put all of your focus into the first two goals, maximum!

Then, say no to anything which doesn’t fall in line with what you are trying to achieve.

Break Your Goals Down into Smaller Steps

Once you've defined your goals, it’s time to break them down into smaller steps.

This will make them more manageable and help you stay motivated along the way.

For example, if your goal is to find a new job, your smaller steps might include:

  • updating your resume

  • doing a job search

  • networking with contacts,

  • applying to job openings.

Another example is, if you want to desire having a certain number in your bank account, you might start with small actions such as

  • save a small amount of your current earnings in a savings pot

  • take lunch to work instead of eating out (I know a girl who was able to buy her first home on her own, one of the ways she saved money was bringing her own food to work every day)

  • Following financial accounts of social media for advice

  • Reading financial books and getting wealth educated

  • Signing up for webinars and workshops where they discuss wealth

Once you have cut yourgoals into smaller steps, make a plan of how you are going to execute this goal.

Take Inspired Action

If you want to change your life the only person responsible for making a physical change, is you.

This is all wishful thinking until you take inspired action.

The operative word here is the word, inspired.

Taking inspired action doesn’t mean hard work, grit and heavy grind around the clock working yourself into an exhaustion.

In fact inspired action is quite the opposite.

Inspired action is a type of action you feel called to do, there’s a buzz or a spring in your step to call someone, or go for a walk, apply for a new job, say yes to a girls night out.

This is otherwise known as following your bliss, when you feel inspired to take action, nothing can stop you because it feels good to do it.

When you get that feeling, follow through and act.

Remember Your ‘Why

Transformation is not always a walk in the park, and setback are inevitable along the way.

There will be days during the six months when you feel like giving up and reverting back to the version of yourself which you no longer want to be.

And its during thesedays where you remember why you wanted change in the first place.

Maybe you are fed up of not fitting in the clothes you love, or not having enough money to travel, or not having friends who are aligned with your best version.

Keeping this motivation in mind will help you overcome obstacles and celebrate your progress along the way.

Hold Yourself Accountable

Finally, hold yourself accountable. Whether you do or don't, the only person whose life will be affected positively or negatively is yours, and that comes down to the decisions you make.

Share your small wins with your friends and family. This will help you stay motivated and on track towards your goals.

Final Thoughts

Changing your life in six months is possible, people have done it in less time with less resoruces.

With the right mindset, plan, and action.

By defining your goals, breaking them down into smaller steps, creating a plan, taking action, staying positive, and staying accountable, you can create the future you want and live a life you love.
